What does it cost?
A. Industry standard pricing is 25% of the first year salary of the new hire. With us, you’ll pay a similar fee but receive the benefit of our industry expertise and massive network to successfully fill technical and leaderhip positions at your manufacturing business. *
Some searches can take awhile. When do I have to pay?
A. Payment is due within 60 days of the new hire’s start date. If that hire doesn’t work out within the first 60 days, you’ll pay after we’ve found a replacement candidate.
Do you provide any kind of guarantee for new hires that don't work out?
A. If a new hire leaves your company within the first two months, we’ll find a new candidate for that position free of charge.

A. We won’t ask you to pay until you’ve hired someone for the position. we’re confident that we’ll be able to find you a qualified candidate, even for hard-to-fill positions. In some cases, a challenging search may take longer to fill.
Does MakingChips actually conduct the search for candidates?
A. No, we’ve partnered with a reputable search firm called Tree Top Staffing. MakingChips serves as a trusted advisor between you and the search firm to ensure that you are only presented with highly qualified candidates.
*The terms defined within Master Service Agreement ("MSA") will govern the relationship between the Client and Tree Top Staffing.
