The Kanban K1ngs lived up to “Best on Paper” with the week’s top score, and Jalen Coker’s 33.8 on their bench would’ve been a top-3 score on almost any other roster. Losing Tua Girl won by nearly 75, the biggest blowout of the week, while JessEich’s Team survived Hennig by just 1.94. Caleb Williams put up 37.26 for the week’s best individual score.

Our title sponsor’s team bounced back with the week’s top score and a 79.76-point win. Shake N Bake edged Chippin’ champs by 0.56, the closest game of the season so far. Jaxon Smith-Njigba dropped 42.5 for Feed Rate Freak, the best individual week yet, and Josh Allen added 40.82 for Fourth and Thou.

Commissioner Notes

• Defense optional? We promised to stream defenses starting Week 1. Our Week 1 lineup had an empty DEF slot. Streaming works best when you actually pick a stream.
• Tough luck award: Chippin’ champs are 0-2 despite the 5th-most points in the league, because they’ve faced the most points against (321.36). The schedule is not their friend.
• Bench of the week: JessEich’s Team left Matthew Stafford’s 27.98 on the bench in Week 2 and lost by almost 80. Losing Tua Girl benched Jared Goff (29.78) to start Patrick Mahomes (28.98), and won anyway, which is why they’re in first.
• Projections are just projections: Titans Spindle City were projected 2nd before the season. They’re 0-2 with the fewest points in the league, including a Week 2 lineup with a goose egg from Puka Nacua.
• Week 3 wraps up tonight with Monday Night Football.
